high ISO generate more hot pixel = poor quality

but

insufficient light, using flash is not a possible solution for all situation

e.g.

last nite bbq

they are talking about ghost story

it is impossible for me to use flash

since it can't show the "feelings" from the photo w/flash

and so

i use ISO400

poor quality but show the mood, "feeling" from the photo

indeed, i am still a newbie

but i am quite satisfy with it.
